De studio "De Roos" is compleet en sfeervol ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, aan de rand van stad Groningen. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten (stadscentrum: 20 minuten fietsen). Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).

De slaapkamer heeft voldoende kastruimte en bevat een 2-persoons boxspring. In de woonkamer vindt u een eettafel, tv en slaapbank. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.
