Dies ist ein klassisches rbnb. Wir vermieten unsere privaten Räume an private Personen. Nicht an Firmen und Monteure - bitte nehmt Abstand von Buchungen, die nicht für euch selbst sind. Unser Ferienappartement liegt direkt am See, ist saniert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (ca. 90qm). Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett (200 x 200) und ein Schlafsofa getrennt nur durch eine CABINET-Schiebetür. (Keine Geräuschdämmung - deswegen hellhörig). Anlegemöglichkeit für Boote nach Absprache. Bis zum Berliner Ortsschild sind es 500m. Zum Bahnhof Wannsee 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, und von dort ist man in 17 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Berlin). Bitte keine Hunde mitbringen. Im TV gibt es ein Amazon fire TV Stick mit Filmen auf deutsch und englisch. Komplette Wohnung in Teltow bei Berlin

Wir vermieten eine zweigeschossige, plus Untergeschoss, komplette Wohnung im Musikerviertel in Teltow. Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
