The Cale House is a historic newly renovated home on the Elk River Arm of Grand Lake-a prolific fishing area. The home's native stone was barged up the river when built in 1938. Property is lakefront w double-slip enclosed dock & covered swim deck. Private community launch ramp. Huge 3.5ac yard. Ample parking. Enjoy lake sports all day and spectacular sunsets in the evening on a large patio in a quiet country setting. A perfect place to relax & unwind. 12min to Grove/Casinos. Most dogs welcome.

COSH Boujee House with Hot Tub

NEW NEW NEW.. Just finished a remodel on this beautiful home. New everything to include furniture. This home sits across the street from the lake. We own a large home across the street that sits on the lake with its own private dock. So depending on your needs you may have shared access to the lake. A few houses down the street is a boat ramp you can use with a small $5.00 donation. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. If you need more space please contact host for additional space.

Grand Hidey Hole

Relax with the family at our lil cabin. We call this the Grand Hidey Hole because if you want to have a little peace and quiet and hide out from the chaos of life, this is perfect! We have a large deck and plenty of room to relax or set by the fire at the fire pit! We are 5 minutes Cherokee Casino, if you want to try a little luck! If your a fisherman we have 3 extra lots that you can park your boats on. The nearest boat ramp is about 4 minutes at Shepherds Boat ramp, there is a $5.00 fee.

The Reel Retreat/Garage/Carport/Spiral Staircase

The Reel Retreat is a cozy haven perfect for anglers, couples, or small families. A queen bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and 2 extra wide twin rollaway beds in the garage. This new build offers a full kitchen with new appliances, a stocked bathroom, & washer/dryer. Also an air-conditioned/heated garage for boat storage/tackle prep. Lots of room for parking or moving boats. Three ROKU TVs, Starlink, firepit, BBQ, ping pong table, darts, and a spiral staircase to a deck with views.

Welcome small dogs for fee. Enjoy the nearby night life entertainment, restaurants, & golf/walking and cart trails.

The Sugar Shack

Located on the Elk River arm of beautiful Grand Lake we are just 2 mi from Flint Fire Marina where you can utilize the boat ramp or fuel up. You can enjoy a shared dock for fishing or swimming and park your boat on the NE side of the dock while you stay. Enjoy your private entrance and private deck with fire pit and BBQ grill.
