This cozy tiny home is located in the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls community. To make your visit accommodating, the interior has a dual system coffee bar, dishwasher,& smart TVs in the living area,bedroom,and loft. Just outside, amenities include a gas grill,screened deck,& private firepit area. Within the gated community,you can access a communal pavilion, an outdoor fireplace,multiple firepits,three hiking trails, & one of the tallest waterfalls inTN. Located a short 15 minute drive to OHV park!

Stunnningly located on the bluff above a huge waterfall. Miles of trails and hundreds of acres to explore right here on the property. Eight State Parks within a half hour drive. World Famous Fiery Gizzard Trail Head is just 10 minutes away. Disclaimer: Waterfall flow is subject to fluctuations in temperature, seasonal droughts, & rainfall. Optimal waterfall flow seasons are fall, winter & spring". Camp shower closed in winter. Propane heater/fireplace & propane provided at extra charge.

The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

Cabin just had a makeover with a new queen bed! This cabin for 2 is located on 2+ acres of forest in the mountains. Endless hiking trails in the area... Grundy Lakes just down the hill... This 250 sf tiny home has a kitchenette ( sink, microwave and mini fridge) a dining table and queen size bed, in one large room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet. Includes wifi access and a patio. (check-in/ out times are in CST) The Caverns are close by! NO service animals. sorry.
