À seulement 10 minutes de Bulle et de l’autoroute, profitez d’un cadre calme en campagne. À proximité, découvrez une multitude d’activités : ski, luge, randonnées en raquettes, bains thermaux, piscine couverte, lac, sites historiques, balades et gastronomie locale… tout est à portée de main ! Une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique est disponible sur demande!

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Grand studio de plain-pied entièrement rénové, indépendant, avec terrasse, au pied de la cité médiévale de Gruyères. A 3 minutes de la gare ferroviaire, une place de parc est aussi dispo devant l'entrée de la maison. Ce studio est proche de la forêt et une place de jeux s'y trouve. Il peut accueillir 2 à 3 adultes et possibilité d'y ajouter un lit bébé. Idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (un enfant et un bébé).

Situé à proximité de nombreuses activités, c'est le point de départ parfait pour explorer la région. Notre appartement est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en famille ou entre amis. Studio mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Saanenland

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

The 58-sqm space in a traditional chalet boasts a wraparound balcony of 30 sqm with impressive views. Skiing, cycling and walking are close, with the iconic ambience of Gstaad just close by. Two ski lifts are each 500 m away. The flat is non-smoking and no-pet.

Situé plein sud dans le petit village de Crésuz, le soleil y rayonne toute la journée.
