En época de calor es un espacio sumamente agradable debido a las bóvedas y sus espacios abiertos tipo loft, la sala y el comedor tienen doble altura y la habitación en un mezzanine. En los días de lluvia o frío, la chimenea lo hace ser un lugar romántico. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.

Beautiful 300 Year Old Colonial

This lovely 300-year old colonial Mexican home is well located in the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, just two blocks from the "Jardin" or main square. It includes a swimming pool and daily maid/cook service. Although it is a single story home, there are some steps up from the pool patio and bedrooms to the outdoor living room, and a few more up to the living/dining area and the library.
