Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two bedrooms that are separated by a family room. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. Other amenities include: • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV with Netflix • Complimentary coffee, potable water in 5 gal jug, olive oil, paper towels are all included • Complimentary multi-lingual concierge service to arrange a variety of amenities including: ground transportation, lake tours in private boat (with or without bilingual guide), private cook, massage therapist, hiking and mountain biking tours that culminate with a gourmet picnic, shopping service to stock your rental with any beverage or grocery items you would like to find upon arrival. A complete list of amenities will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation • Complimentary laundry service This loft can be rented together with the adjoining (mirror image) loft accessed through locking double doors on the balcony. In this compact but well planned apartment you are in the centre of Guatemala City, close to everything. The apartment has a terrace with plenty of space for grilling/eating outside and a fully equipped kitchen. With one bedroom and a sofa bed the apartment fits up to three people. It is also part of a modern complex with large common areas and greenery. The complex additionally has a small coffee shop/bar on the ground floor and next-door a bar with one of the best craft beers from Guatemala.

You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby.
