The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

"Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), es completamente nueva y tiene una ubicación céntrica, pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. La alberca ya está disponible! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera :)

El departamento se encuentra en el corazón de Guaymas a dos cuadras del malecón, 10 min de la playa Miramar y a 20 min de San Carlos Para su tranquilidad y seguridad, contamos con circuito cerrado en la privada (cámaras de seguridad), portón eléctrico con cochera cerrada para su vehículo.
