✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

Loft 2 Apartment #315 is located in New Gudauri few steps from Gondola. Charm of the apartment is ski in ski out. It is a very cozy place for a little family or just for friends. From the balcony you will see a glorious view of the beautiful mountains of Gudauri. This modern studio features a kitchenette with all amenities , a seating area with a couch (couch bad) , a flat-screen TV with cable channels, WiFi and a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and ski depot.

The apartment is in the first floor of the newly built hotel Twins which is located directly in the New Gudauri Ski Resort. In a walking distance you can find ski rentals, spas, a shop, two ski lifts - a surface lift Zuma and a gondola lift Gudaura. The room is equipped with all you need for cooking and washing. From the panorama window or the balcony you can enjoy the unique mountain view. The total area of the room is about 30 square meters. There is a locker in ski depot.
