This house is perfect for people who want to relax and cook while they are in town. There is plenty of space (2,300 sq ft) to socialize and unwind with four large bedrooms.

It's a short distance to both the downtown core and the University of Guelph. We are close to parks, the Speed River and trails. The hosts live in the upper unit and are available to answer questions or help with requests.

Guests have access to a separate washroom with an incineration toilet, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Please know that we live & work on the farm. The Farm Shed has air-conditioning and a natural gas fireplace for heating, supplemented by an electric heater wall unit that makes it comfortable all year round.
