Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

This tranquil, romantic get-away for two on Lopez Island provides everything you'll need for a relaxing stay: private beach access, unobstructed water views, and easy access to many of the Island's best outdoor adventures. We hope to make your stay as relaxing as possible with soft sheets, toiletries, Nespresso coffee machine, and memory foam mattress!

The Long Bay Cabin on Guemes Island is a bright, freshly redone home in a contemporary Northwest style. Relax in the open living room with fireplace, vaulted ceilings, skylights and a stunning view. Enjoy three decks with views and space for lounging or eating outdoors. Unwind in the wood-fired cedar sauna. Downstairs: Bedroom (Double), living, dining, kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs: Loft Bedroom (Queen), sitting/play area with couch (Double) and office with view.

The Coho Cabin - A Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Once off the 5-7 min ferry ride from Anacortes, in just a couple minutes more you will arrive to our whimsical cottage on the west beach of Guemes Island with its panoramic views & magical sunsets …the perfect place where you can relax in the peacefulness, walk the beaches, find treasures, hike Guemes mountain, explore your favorite water sports, and view our local wildlife of herons, seals, bald eagles, & often orcas. Our thoughtfully equipped waterfront mini guesthouse is just steps away from our beachfront on the Guemes Island. Located on the scenic western shore of the island, you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets, panoramic island views, miles of beach combing, and abundant wildlife. Our mini guesthouse, "The Seldom Inn" measuring 12 ft. x 14 ft. in size, is approximately 150 feet from our private beach and is located behind our main home.
