Stroll to the country club, tennis courts & skate park. The two floors are separate connected by exterior stairs. NO children under 12 are to sleep or use the studio space without adult supervision. A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. High raking ceilings, loads of light . Modern Decor . Quiet, private and peaceful.
