Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."

The Barn, Grade II, Ripley

This unique place has a style all its own. The Barn is Grade II Listed, forming part of an Inn built in 1500s, it is constructed with great oak beams and is traditionally and comfortably furnished. It situated in the historic Surrey village of Ripley with its many restaurants, pubs and coffee shops close to the River Wye. It has easy access to Guildford and London Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
