The road literally ends at this beachfront property. Villas Ecositas Nosara is located in Playa Pelada in one of the most beautiful and serene locations in all of Nosara. No dust, no traffic, ocean front property. Once you arrive, no need to drive as you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants and surf. The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll through the 100 meter protected maritime zone that protects the Nosara coastline from development.

Large condo. Home away from home!

Casita Ruiz located in the Plaza Samara building in the center of town, only 2 blocks from the beach, steps from all the restaurants & shops. 3-BRM condo sleeps up to 7, with the master having a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a queen, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. Full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. Wifi & cable, and access to the building's private pool, and two parking spaces within a gated yard.

The Beach House

The beach House are located in Playa Lagarto, 20 meters from the water's edge. Rustic house built in 100 % wood. The house fronts a 180 degrees beach view with private entrence to the beach. Very calm area, with a small garden around the house. The beach house has only a outdoor shower with cold water, perfect for the you come back from the beach. The beach house also has two pets (dogs). Their names are Playa and Baloo. They live outside in front of the house, and are super friendly.

The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.
