Welcome to our tiny home, ever lived in one? Well now is your chance our home is located in the backyard of a very quiet neighborhood, so you won't hear all the hustle and bustle of a hotel. It's a 180sq ft of comfort, but its tiny bedroom has queen bed so its wall to wall kitchen has a small cook top, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. I wanted to do an Airbnb because i stayed in a lot of places that just wasn't comfy we created this space with comfort in mind. Please note all pictures.

You'll love this condo. Enjoy 1 bedroom, 1 bath with sofa sleeper; an open floor plan and nice finishes! This condo is just minutes from LSU or downtown. The community is gated and located on the end of a quiet street. The layout maximizes the space and gives you a spacious kitchen with island for eating. This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided.. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Cute little Baton Rouge guesthouse just a short drive to mid-city restaurants, shopping, City Park, downtown, and LSU. This space is filled with local art and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The guesthouse is fully detached from the main home on the property and has full use of the driveway with gated parking. There is a small patio area in the back with lights and a picnic table.

Magical Moon 🌙 Over Bayou Cottage

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.

Newly renovated studio apartment with kitchenette, queen-sized murphy bed, private patio, off-street parking. The space is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is centrally located in Mid-Town BR. Parks, restaurants, nightlife, and LSU are all close by. Self check-in is the norm and Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocols are being followed closely.
