Relax on the private balcony and watch the boats cruise by as time passes by and stress melts away. The private marina is available to guests for $50 daily or $250 weekly, which includes power, water, fish cleaning station and private boat launch. Walk less than 10min to the nearby Cotton Bayou Public Beach access.

The house is on Bon Secour river and it’s great for swimming and fishing. Lots of different kinds of fish to catch or if enjoy watching birds this is the place to be. Bald Eagles fly through and rest here as they make their way to the Gulf State Park. Great location!

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
