300m to Beach 2+1 Garden Floor Flat with Pool A1

Our Houses were built in 2020 for our guests who wants to have a vacation. They are located in the hotel area in Turgutreis. They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

This beautiful villa is part of a quiet neighbourhood and is suitable for families and couples only. It´s perfect for a relaxing and quiet vacation in a cultivated environment. It has a direct sea view and awesome sunsets. The villa has a terrasse, garden and wintergarden on the upper floor. There a large living room with kitchen, 3 bed rooms with 5 beds and 3 baths. It has a swimming pool for the neighborhood community. The villa is not suitable for groups, clubs and party events of any kind.

Rezarvasyon yoğunluğu ve müsaitlik durumuna göre giriş-çıkış tarihlerinde misafirlerimize müsait bungalov verilir.

Ana evde 3 oda , 2 banyo , mutfak ve teras mevcut Misafir evi bir oda bir banyo, salon, mutfak ve terasdan oluşmaktadır. Düz ayak girişi mevcuttur. Tamamen gürültüden uzak huzur dolu bir yerleşim yeri. 50 m2 özel havuzu bulunmaktadır. Bütün bu iki evin kullanımları kiralayana aittir. Otel gümüşlük de tarafımıza aittir. konuklarımız iskontolu kahvaltı ve diğer öğünlerden faydalanabilirler.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
