Amazing views and a quick drive to Boulder, Eldora, Longmont, and Gunbarrel. This cozy spot is within a spilt-level home and provides privacy as a separate unit.

Relax in this spacious, lovely, light-filled bedroom with a private bath, kitchenette and separate entrance, located close to hiking trails, restaurants and coffee shops. Fast internet & desk for those who will be working while here. Small kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Private outdoor seating area with table, chairs and BBQ. It is situated in a sweet, cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Attached to my home, you may hear some footsteps or other sounds.

Only 10 min from the city of Boulder-9.1 miles from CU, 28 miles to Estes Park and 37miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. All hotel ammenities provided for you with the personalized attention you can only get with Airbnb- fluffy white cotton robes, shower essentials, coffee/tea and snacks and a very comfortable bed.

The Garden Door Guest Suite

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at my warm and welcoming, centrally located guest suite. This is the lower level of our single family home. You have a private entrance through the back garden door. We are next to the main bike path in Boulder with easy access to CU and downtown! We are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There is a large shared backyard with a gazebo.
