Our Cabin has been beautifully remodeled and we can't wait for you to visit! Ideally situated midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte, you can easily visit any part of the Gunnison Valley! If you prefer to stay close to home, enjoy world class mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, fishing and rafting right in your back yard! This Cabin has private river frontage on Spring Creek which runs year around. You can hear the babbling water from every room in the house. It's truly a magical place!

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee! Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. We hope you decide to come stay with us!
