This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

The common space has a 50' smart TV, dining table for 4, love seat, and 2 accent chairs. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware for meals, coffee, and tea maker to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or tea. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive.

Closed for January & February.) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard boasts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!
