Owner's official advert (no local agent 10% fees !). Amazing views and sunsets. Large terrace, comfy loungers, table and chairs, BBQ, heated infinity pool, spectacularly placed heated spa. Large living area with media center, fully equipped kitchen, full A/C. Both bedrooms always available, each with have Queen beds, A/C, ensuite shower rooms, towels etc., and a safe. Starlink WiFi. available in all rooms. Solar Panel installation. Security Camera (facing arrival road and parking).

Villa Eugenie Saint Barth ( 2 chambres )

Située dans les caraïbes, sur l’île de Saint Barthélemy, la Villa Eugénie est une maison de charme de 2 chambres. La modernité de ses équipements se marie parfaitement avec son architecture typiquement Saint Barth. Le jacuzzi et le jardin tropical s’allient au charme d’antan de la Villa. Idéalement située dans la baie d’Anse des Cayes, le calme du bord de mer saura vous faire plonger dans ce cadre paradisiaque. Elle se situe également à proximité des attractions touristiques.

La Chaumière

La Chaumière est une maison pleine de charme. Perché sur les hauteurs de Colombier, au calme, offrant une vue à 180°, sur l'ile, ses îlots et l’océan. Le logement est entièrement climatisé et dispose de 2 chambres (la chambre 2 pouvant être avec, 1 lit double ou 2 lits simples), 2 salles de bains et un salon. Les espaces, cuisine, salle à manger, coin lecture, transats, jacuzzi et BBQ, s'articulent autour de la maison, pour profiter des lieux à chaque moment de la journée.

Villa with magnificient sea view

Fully air-conditioned villa located in Lorient, Saint-Barthélemy, with an exceptional view of Lorient Bay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a jacuzzi. The second bedroom is suitable for a couple or teenagers. It is not on the same level as the master bedroom. Sports equipment: a bike, an elliptical trainer, and a weight bench with dumbbells. Cleaning every other day except on Sundays and public holidays. No baby equipment.

La Villa Yellow Tail, nouvellement construite, est idéalement située à distance de marche de la plage de Lorient. Elle comprend au premier niveau, une cuisine bien équipée ouvert sur un confortable salon.
