Welcome to “The Casita Bonita” The pretty little house on 130 acres of pure bliss. My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. The property is on the Tennessee-Mississippi state line in the small town of Guys, TN. There are no stop lights, no hustle and bustle you are in the heart of the country. Guests are just minutes away from several attractions including Crazy K wedding venue, Springhill Farm wedding venue, Corinth, MS, Shiloh National Battlefield, Magnolia Hospital, Big Hill Pond State Park, and Pickwick Lake. All 10-25 min away. Magnolia hospital is 9 miles away. Extra charge for garage for boats and trailer.

This is a perfect location for anyone wanting a weekend getaway or a place to rest and reset. Our space reflects peace and quiet, plenty of books to leaf through, a fireplace to warm your feet and a fully stocked kitchen. Spacious bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub to soak in. Laundry rm stocked. Piano rm has baby bed, highchair and fans. Large fenced in yard for dog and kids. Basketball, volley ball, firepit, picnic table, No Smoking inside. Front & Back entrances have ramps 18 mi. to Pickwick and TN River. 21 mi. to Shiloh Battlefield. 5 mi. to Civil War Museum.

Heart Pine Hall, 4 BR, near Corinth, Selmer

A luxurious country-side retreat that will instantly relax any guest. Built in 1907, Heart Pine Hall features a double-sided fireplace made from the original brick and the original heart pine walls & ceilings. Enjoy a breath of fresh air on the 1,200 sq ft back porch, feed the whole crew in the large kitchen, and unwind in the spa-like master bath. When you're ready to explore, Historic Downtown Corinth, Shiloh National Battlefield, and Big Hill Pond State Park are only minutes away.

THE CARRIAGE HOUSE OF CORINTH

The Carriage House was the barn and carriage storage for the estate home next door that was built in 1906. Newly renovated, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Meal prep or buffet serving is easy in this spacious kitchen boasting a 15 foot island. The exposed wood in the home was uncovered during the renovation and is all original to the home. Gas logs in the den make the space very cozy for a winter visit. 1 mile from Historic Downtown Corinth and all it has to offer.

House on Linden

Welcome to your comfortable home away from home! This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance of downtown Corinth. Enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon break, or an evening with friends on the cozy front porch, ideal for relaxing and socializing. With modern comforts, a peaceful setting, and a convenient location, this home is a great choice for couples, families, friends, or business travelers.

Pickwick Place

Beautiful "cabin" located just 1.7 miles from the state line boat ramp. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on 1.4 acres at the end of a short street with ample parking for both cars and boat trailers. It sleeps 13 in beds, 15 with use of couches . Large open kitchen and living area for all those family game nights. This is our lake house that we use frequently but we have decided to open it up for others to enjoy when we are not lucky enough to be there.

The Shiloh Retreat

Love being outside but don't love tents to sleep in at night? Come to The Shiloh Retreat for a relaxing place to stay on over 12 acres only 2 minutes from Shiloh National Military Park, 18 minutes from Pickwick Lake, 12 minutes to the Tennessee River, and 13 minutes from Adamsville, Tn home of Bufford Pusser. - Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. - Smal kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and a microwave oven/air fryer combo.

The Gloster Magnolia - Downtown

Step back in time and enjoy modern comfort at The Gloster Magnolia, a charming 1920 historic home in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. Just a short stroll to downtown shops and restaurants, it’s perfect for a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway with family and friends. Close to top attractions like Pickwick Lake, Shiloh Battlefield, and Bay Springs Lake. Sip sweet tea on the porch or explore the area's rich history and natural beauty.

The Loft on Court

The Loft on Court is a downtown loft apartment with a unique style that's bound to impress. Having been vacant since the 70's, it was first renovated as a boutique retail space in 2012. After 10 years of success, the owners felt that it was time to downsize and create a rental space for others to enjoy. The retail space is still located below with home accessories, seasonal decór, and clothing.

Mother-in-law’s Quarters

Bright, cheery and sparkling clean one Queen bedroom with FULL KITCHEN and handicap accessible bathroom is located on an organic farm in a friendly community. Mother-in-law’s quarters is a private space attached to main house with front and back covered porches and private entrance with NO STAIRS. Porch and grill are available to guests. On a clear night, you can see the stars forever!
