The lower level offers a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining table, laundry room, and a convenient half bathroom. It's perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to sleep that's more than just a bedroom. The host family occupies the main home. Walkable to local parks, restaurants, breweries, and shops. Near I-285/20/78, Decatur, MARTA, BeltLine, Atlanta colleges, stadiums, airport, etc. Pet friendly!

This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

The Ryewood Getaway (Jacuzzi is new/operational)

Welcome to our spacious one-bedroom apartment, private kitchen and bathroom, in Duluth. Enjoy easy access to the highway for convenient travel. Perfect for a relaxing stay! Please know that we understand that noise maybe an issue to some guests, just remember that a complete elimination of noise is not possible. Parking is limited! Like in walking from a hotel parking to your floor, you may have to walk a little to the unit. Pool season: last week of April till first week of October.
