This is only for those who know how to operate a camper. Modern small camper w/wifi, bath, kitchenette, bed. On a private wooded lot behind main residence in a quiet neighborhood. But close to everything; shopping, dining, great parks in Snellville, Gwinnett County, GA. So you're in nature but close to big city living! Best of both worlds. Long term welcomed if you just need a place to live for a while. You must know how to operate a camper & you will be required to empty the black water tank.

Have you ever wanted to see if the "Scamp" life is for you? YOU WILL NEED to rent a campsite at Stone Mountain Park yourself and then I will come set up the camper for you! (This fee is SEPARATE from my fee to rent the Scamp) Campsites range in price and min 4 night stay. The Scamp has a fridge and I will include all the basics you need for an enjoyable visit! Just bring your own food and drinks! There is not a bathroom in the Scamp so you will have to use the campground facilities.

Cook inside or grill outside with your portable charcoal grill. Coal and lighter fluid is provided. Bluetooth radio. RV is equipped with plates, coffe maker,bowls,cups, and utensils. Chairs are in the outside storage compartment for you to enjoy sitting outside under the new 20 ft awning. Inside and outside shower. 2 gallon gas can on-board the RV.

Welcome to The Hillside Treehouse at Ramsden Lake, our newest accommodation. Designed to bring you closer to nature with floor to ceiling window, the Treehouse features a king size bed with luxury mattress, indoor vented compost toilet, kitchenette, large slipper tub, outdoor soaking tub and outdoor shower.
