Armas kahekorruseline maja asub ideaalses asukohas – Väikese Viigi ääres, vaid mõne minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusel Haapsalu vanalinnast ja promenaadist. Vanalinna kohvikud ja restoranid asuvad kõik umbes 300 meetri kaugusel. Lähim toidupood asub 350 meetri kaugusel. Maja mahutab mugavalt kuni 4 külalist. Ruumid on läbi kahe korruse, pakkudes piisavalt privaatsust ja ruumi nii peredele kui ka sõpruskondadele. Avatud köögiga elutuba loob mõnusa atmosfääri, kus koos süüa teha ja kvaliteetaega veeta.

Mini villa has dark tinted glass (not mirror glass), letting the colors and light of nature vividly directly into the room.

The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Korteri juurde kuulub ka rõdu vaatega lossitornile ja vanalinna majakestele. Lisaks saavad külalised kasutada suveõhtute nautimiseks meie privaatset sisehoovi. Rohkem vanalinna südames paikneda ei saakski - kiviviske kaugusel on nii promenaad, Väike Viik kui linnus. Tere tulemast!

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

The 100 sqm apartment has 4 rooms: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a furnished upper hall. It comfortably fits 2-6 adults or a family with 4 children. This is a perfect place to spend some quality time all year around.
