Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Minimaal 7 dagen voor aankomst boeken. De flat is de zolder van een grachtenpand in het centrum van Haarlem. Voor mensen, die van kunst en cultuur houden. Om teleurstelling te voorkomen: het is niet mogelijk om voor langere tijd te parkeren. Tijdens het verblijf is de fiets het ideale vervoermiddel. In de maanden november t/m maart wintertarief. De prijs in overleg met de host. Host houdt rekening met reden van verblijf, bijvoorbeeld als gast de accommodatie voor werk nodig heeft.

A 15-minute train ride takes you to Amsterdam Central, and the beach is nearby. Parking is available in parking garage De Kamp, just a 5-minute walk away.

Het huisje is te betreden via de tuin van de bewoners. Het heeft een eigen tuintje waar je buiten kunt barbecuen. Binnen vind je een douche, toilet, beamer met groot scherm waar je op kunt chromecasten, bed voor 2 personen, audio set met AirPlay, Nintendo switch.

Er zijn veel wandel/ en fietsmogelijkheden in de regio. Het dorp biedt alle faciliteiten zoals een supermarkt, ijssalon, fietsverhuur, kleine winkeltjes en veel restaurants en een bruin café. De stad Haarlem is op fietsafstand en het treinstation op nog geen 10 minuten lopen.

The house 3 min walk to everyday groceries, 10 minute walk to Haarlem central station, City centre shops of Haarlem 10 minutes, beach 20 minutes by bike or relatively cheap by train. Parking in area paid or free (a bit further).

Dit unieke huis heeft een geheel eigen stijl. We spelen met kleur om een prettige en huiselijke sfeer te maken. Door de wilde tuin voelt het net alsof je in het bos zit. Er staat zelfs een lekker hot tub voor je klaar. Het huis heeft heel wat veranderingen meegemaakt en sommige stukken zijn daar nog van te zien wat het huis heel bijzonder maakt.
