The custom-built cottage boasts a stacked rock wood-burning fireplace in the main living area, perfect for cozy, cool evenings. The open floor plan has an equipped kitchen, countertop seating, a dining table, and a comfortable living space. The open-air deck and patio beckon you to enjoy morning coffee. The beds in the sleeping areas are made. In the hallway, there is a linen closet with blankets and extra towels. Behind the folding doors in the kitchen, you will find a washer and dryer.

Shadow Rock Pavilion & Bungalow is the perfect stay! This is a 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom suite above our beautiful pavilion, equipped with a relaxing and cozy outdoor fireplace and furniture. This bungalow offers a full Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a king-sized bed. The stone floor and covered patio have a view of the Clapping Tree waterfall, where the water continues to flow to the Chattooga River.

Garden on river w 4 kayaks, tubes, slide,etc

Our homes are spotless. We have 4 kayaks, 6 tubes, 2 lounging rafts, slide into the river, swing by river, horseshoe pit, fire pit, gas grill, etc. Hot tub on screened porch. Kayaks are out from mid March or beginning of April depending on river temps and weather. Tubes end of May till September. Also depending on weather. There’s a fire pit & swing down by river. Huge screened porch with hot tub and open porch upstairs. Our home is fully stocked for your stay.
