Calm living in Göteborg

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Rönnäng ligger på ön Tjörn som har en vacker natur och många möjligheter till aktiviteter tex flera vandringsleder, cykelvägar, golf, fiske, bad och kajakpaddling. Skärhamn med bla Nordiska akvarellmuseet ligger ca: 8 km bort. Till Stenungsund med bra shopping är det ca: 25 km och till Göteborg med bla Liseberg är det ca: 65 km.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Our guest cottage in stunning Hällsvik is located 200 meters (!) from the sea and the nearest swimming area. The guest cottage, renovated 2015, easily accommodates 6 adults in its 33 sqm. Ir has its own kitchen, bathroom, attic with 180 cm bed, separate room wirh bedsofa, washing machineand desk, livingroom with bed sofa and outdoor area.
