The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

A Gem at Cooks Beach - Purangi Pearl

Located at the Purangi river end of beautiful Cooks Beach our refurbished unit is ideally located for rest and relaxation. Or if you prefer a more active break we provide a double kayak, (including life jackets) and paddle boards, and can suggest beautiful areas for walking. The property backs onto a reserve with space for parking so please enquire if you would like to bring your boat. Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.

Hahei Lookout is the perfect spot in Hahei for a full-on view of the bay. We are centrally located being just moments from the Hahei shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beginning of the famous Cathedral Cove Walkway. Hop in the car and a short drive will get you to Hot Water Beach, Cooks Beach and Whitianga. Parking is no problem even if you have a boat. As at December 2023 the Walkway has not reopened and access to the cove is by Kayak, boat or water taxi.
