Sultana is a studio apartment with Crusader and Ottoman arches, a 12-foot high ceiling, and historic stonework. It is situated in a 19th century building in the heart of the Old City of Acre, a World Heritage City, and is part of Alma's complex. The Complex offers three luxurious units and an intimate patio for socializing and resting. We are located steps away from the market, the port, and a thriving culinary scene. הדירה נמצאת בקומת הקרקע של Dar Dalya, עולים את מדרגות הבטון החשוף בין אדניות הפרחים והצמחים, נכנסים לדירה ומתקבלים על ידי חלל פתוח של סלון ומטבח עם עציצים בכל פינה, בתקרה שחזרנו את הטיח המקורי של הבית, סגנון מערת הנטיפים היה להיט בשנות ה70 אך אל דאגה נתנו לה טאץ' מודרני קצת , חדר שינה מרווח עם מפתחים גדולים המכנסים אור רך ונעים, לדירה הזאת יש חניה צמודה והיא אך ורק שלכם, חדר רחצה רחב ידיים, עם חלון גדול המכניס אור יום, תהנו משינה ערבה על המזרון המפנק, נתראה בבוקר ונתעורר לניחוחות הקפה.

I cook great local food and I invite you to enjoy the meals with me or on your own (please just let me know when you make the reservation, the price doesnt include meals). המחיר כולל ארוחת בוקר אותנטית ועשירה !!!! הדירה נמצאת בשכונה חדשה ושקטה בצד הצפוני של כפר עוספיה ששוכנת על פסגת הר הכרמל (472 מטר) וגובלת בפארק הכרמל . הדירה משקפת על נוף מרהיב ועוצר נשימה של הכרמל, מישור החוף והצפון הישראלי עד הר החרמון. כפר עוספיה הינו כפר דרוזי עם מיעוט נוצרי, בכפר יש הרבה מסעדות שמציעות אוכל דרוזי אותנטי וטעים, אפשר למצוא הרבה מסלולי הליכה בטבע או רכיבה על סוסים . מומלץ מאוד לבקר במנזר אלמוחרקה שלא רחוק מהדירה

המקום שלי קרוב לנצרת, לחיפה, לעפולה ואפשר לצאת לטיול בכנרת או בכרמל, סביב הבית ישנם שדות עמק יזרעאל שממש כף לטייל בהם ולא צריך להכנס לאוטו פשוט לצאת מהבית. במושב ישנם בתים טמפלריים, בקיץ יש ברכת שחיה והנסיעה לים לוקחת כחצי שעה. כמו כן יש במושב חוות תבלינים ספא ומסג׳, וניתן לבקר בבית בד וביקב.

The house is 15 minutes walk from Kiryat-Motskin & Kiryat-Haim train stations. The house is close to (300 meter) from Haifa bay . You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood is 5 min walk from the beach, the light, the kitchen, the garden. My place is good for families (with kids).
