Well-located cozy studio with balcony in Kallio

The apartment is compact 26 m2 studio with spacious balcony. The flat is equipped with double bed, wide convertible sofa bed and, on request, an air mattress. The apartment is ideal for one or two people, but a short accommodation is possible for even up to six. Asunto on kompakti 26 m2 yksiö tilavalla parvekkeella. Asunnossa on parivuode ja leveä vuodesohva sekä pyydettäessä ilmapatja. Huoneisto soveltuu parhaiten yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle, mutta lyhyt majoitus onnistuu jopa kuudellekin.

Air-conditioned spacious apt next to metro + trams

Airconditioned spacious studio apartment at a central yet peaceful area in trendy Kallio. Nearby are many restaurants as well as Hakaniemi metro station and tram and bus lines that take you to Helsinki centrum in 10 mins. Direct bus to airport. For those coming to Olympiastadion to see a gig, the location is optimal - you can skip the lines to the busses and walk home after the concert in 20 minutes. Suvilahti also nearby. Self check-in with Pindora smart app at any time after 15/ 3 pm.

Beautifully renovated studio apartment in Kallio

Recently renovated apartment. In a perfect location . Very good transportation to center and other districts . Full of restaurants and bars around . Since the apartment is last floor you wont hear any noises from the streets . Im looking forward to host you and I believe you will have a great experience staying here ! I have a hypoallergenic cat which stays in the apartment sometimes. During the bookings cat won’t be there but if you are highly allergic you might consider that.

A beautiful bright and spacious apartment. (45m2) Located in the heart of beautiful and lively Kallio. Nearby a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Great transport connections (trams, metro bus etc.) Short walk to the centre of Helsinki. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. I have 1 double bed and also have a thick air filled mattress that can be placed in the living room and used for 1 person.
