函館駅から歩いて7分、市電函館市役所駅目の前の小さな一戸建てです。 朝市や大門横丁、金森倉庫までも歩いて行ける距離です。 1階にシングルベッドが２つ、2階和室に3名用のシングル布団、2階のリビングにダブルベッドが1つとシングルベッド1つ、ソファーベッドが1つあります。（計9名宿泊可 エアコンはリビングのみ、 1階にお風呂場、洗面所、洗濯機があり トイレは2か所ございます。 駐車場は建物に組み込み式の車庫です。 非常に狭いため、現地確認をしていただき、入庫可能な方のみ駐車可能です。 12月〜3月まで、出入り口に雪が積もる為使用不可となります。 ※注意 予約後に宿泊者全員分のパスポート写真（身分証明）を提示していただきます。※防犯カメラにて本人確認致します。 家に到着後30分以内に宿泊者名簿に記入していただき、 記入後の宿泊者名簿の写真をホストに送って頂きます。 以上の手続きがすべて完了して、チェックイン完了となります。 こちらの手続きができない方は宿泊できませんのでご了承ください。 予約完了後に自動送信メッセージが届きますので、そちらの案内を確認してください。
