Cozy alpine guesthouse cabins with in-house natural hotspring baths in the forested highlands of Japan's epic 3000m Nagano Alps, offering the closest possible accommodation to the "Roof of Japan" - the Alpine Route and Takase hiking treks. Hakuba ski resorts start 15 minutes away. We also have a compact music studio in the main lodge with guitars, bass, keyboard and electronic drum kit - suitable for a small group of musicians with space for 3 to 4 players and 6 to 8 intimate audience seats.

Kizuna Lodge is conveniently located located in Lower Wadano at the base of Happoone ski resort in the nice setting of Wadano Forest. Kizuna Lodge is a pet friendly property with great hosts and breakfast so come and make yourself at home in our comfortable nature lodge any time of the year. Enjoy a well-priced comfortable 2 room suite with private bathroom on the second story with a nice out look into the trees. One room is a Queen room with sitting are and the second room is a junior room with a bunk bed and desk and there is a bathroom in between the 2 rooms with separate toilet and shower room.

Loft style family room with beautiful view of Iwatake Mountain and down to the Matsukawa River in Hakuba. Enjoy a coffee on the verandah.
