We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

Towpath Landing is a 55 acre peninsula with 18 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin8 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom/shower, grill, firepit, kayaks and is on the Vischer Ferry Bike Trail. It is hard to believe you are in the heart of the Capital District and restaurant area

Enjoy 120-acres of beautiful farmland while you stay in your very own Hobbit house! Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Scottish highland cows, Gloucestershire spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks!
