A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. Enjoy a very private Short-term Bedroom Rental in my house with a non-smoking private deck and a nice kitchenette with a dining area. Free street parking is nearby and I pay up to two-night indoor parking ($8/day) during the winter parking Ban. Not suitable for children/pets.

You will enter from the front door, private entrance and Airbnb is on second floor in my private home, close to downtown Halifax. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting-room has table and chairs, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, BUT, "no kitchen". TV with cable and has WiFi - wireless. There is a heatpump in the sitting room that provides heat as air conditioning in that room. No parties allowed in the suite.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Built in 1799 this space provides a cozy, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing or quiet evening in, or a convenient location for those wishing to take in all the cities sites. Don't forget the waterfront board walk and bishops cellar are only a block away!
