Adorable three bed, two bath farmhouse just 12 minutes to the historic Dahlonega Square and only 5 minutes to the North Georgia Outlet Mall. Enjoy this private setting sipping wine around the fire pit while the kids make s’mores. A king bed with ensuite bathroom for the master, with two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. This location makes all of the restaurants in Dawsonville easily accessible while still being close to all that Dahlonega offers. Convenient to hiking, shopping and vineyards.

Close to hiking trails, State Pks. trophy trout streams, gorgeous waterfalls, local Wineries, antique shops, and charming small towns. full Kitchen, washer/dryer, bath with full shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!

Sleeps 4 in Queen br and on bunks in library. . $35 pp extra charge for more than 4 guests. Pvt entrance to large and spacious lower level. Private patio and fire pit overlooks the lake. I live on the main level and avail if you need anything. 18 ft ceilings and french doors look onto lake. Large tv area, library, bunk room, pool table and bar. Full kitchen. May use dock, kayaks, canoe, grill. Secluded cove for swimming, fishing. Special situations and longer stays are an option!

Lakeside with 3 Bedrooms 2 baths. 2 secure entries including a private rear entry. Beautiful wide views of the Lake, clear deep water, great fishing. Upscale resort-style double boat slip dock with huge 32x32 upper sun deck 20 ft up from water surface. The private apartment has a full kitchen, open living space, fireplace, patio and a gated deck with hot tub. Also features a large rock patio with fire-pit & access to sauna & fitness room on main level. Theatre room available upon request

The Lake House Cottage

Beautiful lake home situated on the rowing venue of Lake Lanier. All new bedding, newly updated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances will make you feel right at home! Peaceful, screened in back porch overlooks the large lake lot and private boat dock. We have two single kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy on the lake.
