Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är väldigt lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

Fullt utrustat kök, badrum med dusch, vardagsrum med ny TV där du kan chromecasta från egen telefon etc. Gratis och snabbt wifi. 10 minuters promenad från järnväg och bussar. 200 m från Kattegattleden. 2, 5 km till Båstad centrum. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Städning på egen hand eller mot avgift.

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Coop Supermarket & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking inside the house. Bathroom is a little bit across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Bedsheets & towels not included in the price, can be arranged at extra cost of 50SEK per towel & 50 per sheet . As cleaning charges are not included in the price, you have to leave the room in condition as you recieved.

Riddargarden Guest Suite

Newly renovated 1 Bedroom guest suite with separate entrance built into an old barn. The property has five buildings dating back 200 years! The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic luxury!

A simple, compact "tinyhouse" guestroom 10m2 with older bathroom nearby. Best suited for 1-2 adults or 2 adults+2 children. 140cm wide raised bed and 140cm wide sofa bed. Access to heated "endless" pool and gym by booking - 1.5h/booked night included. The toilet is located 10m away in the basement of the main building with some older pipe installation. Low ceilings. Close to the E6, nature reserves, lakes and beaches.

Lovely apartment close to golf, the sea and nature

Vi köpte huset förra året i detta område som vi tycker är ett av de vackraste områdena man kan tänka sig i Sverige. Det finns dessutom massor att göra förutom att bada och sola. Det finns golf, second hand butiker, gårdsbutiker och vandringsleder mm. Allt för att passa de flesta i smaken. Hjärtligt välkomna! Pia
