Historic stone cottage in the heart of Melrose. Close to all local amenities with spectacular views and direct access to the creek. Main and second bedroom have queen beds. Third bedroom has as a triple bunk (double and single) and a single bunk. Camp style kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge. Basic ‘outhouse’ style bathroom (external), shower over bath, toilet. Perfect location, walking distance to multiple cellar doors, cross the road to Ulster Park, The Little Birds and Joyful Bunch, The Rising Sun with an IGA a short walk away. The Loft (accessible via staircase) is a two bedroom apartment; main double bedroom (sleeps 2) has a slow combustion heater, reverse cycle AC, sofa & TV, cosy twin bed room, large eat in kitchen, bathroom with large bath & shower, onsite parking. Heaters & electric blankets!
