SET ON A 17 ACRE PROPERTY SLEEPING 14 PEOPLE Jinchilla Farm is an ideal holiday option for larger family or friendship groups seeking a step out of the rat race and opportunity to enjoy all that Halls Gap has to offer. The farmhouse sleeps 14 people and is nestled away from other houses and roads, accessible only by our guests. The property boasts stunning views and beautiful surroundings in a private and quiet setting. Rates are for the exclusive and all inclusive rental of the property.

Hillrise Cottage is a peaceful and picturesque property on a hill above the gum trees with spectacular views of the Grampians to the west. 15 km from Ararat and 30 km from Halls Gap, Hillrise Cottage is a great base for exploring the beautiful Grampians region, (30mins away), taking in the local wineries or just relaxing. Chill out in this unique home, stroll around the 6 acre property and check out the large dam, beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Hillrise is 2.5 hours west of Melbourne.

Our property features one of Australia's largest off-grid, eco-friendly shipping container houses, perfect from 2-11 guests across four bedrooms and theatre room with fold-out couch. Enjoy wildlife and star gazing, explore private rock formations, bushwalking and mountain bike trails. Note: Non-smoking, EV charging not available.

Comfortably accommodating 8, three are one king, one queen and a tri-bunk(single over double) plus single bed and porta cot, great for three couples or a family with older children. Experience a romantic getaway or productive retreat in this 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, perfect for couples, remote workers or small families of 4. On the ground floor, you'll find a master bedroom with king-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a further bedroom features a queen bed. Stay connected with wifi and workspace, then unwind in the charming courtyard or in one of the 2 living areas and get back to nature under the Grampian's starry skies.

Grampians Peaks Retreat

The home is great for couples and families (with kids). The inside of the home is quite spacious - you really don't feel like you are living on top of each other. The back deck has added another area to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The front two bedrooms have sensational views of "the Pinnacle" waking up to the sun shining on the mountain range is something you need to experience. A sealed path leads back into Halls Gap - approx a 15-20 min stroll.
