In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. A first floor flat in the Freehold area of Lancaster. The flat is dog friendly and close to The Gregson Centre, a great place to grab a coffee or a bite to eat before exploring the city centre. A five minute walk down the hill and you are in the centre. The train station is around a 15 minute walk. The flat itself has a hallway, living room, kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washer dryer. The bedroom has a super comfy, pillow topped double bed and in the bathroom is an over bath shower.

There are 3 pubs, 5 churches, a shop, garage, doctors, pharmacy and a Take-away. The more days you stay the cheaper the daily rate.

Stunning woodland, hill and riverside walks begin at the front door, and the mountains of the Yorkshire Dales are just a ten minute drive.

Our cosy cottage sits in the heart of historic Kirkby Lonsdale, and has recently been completely refurbished to meet all your needs for a luxury vacation away in the beautiful surroundings of the Lune Valley. The charming town centre with its wide range of boutique shops, bars and restaurants is within 100 yards . Close by are picturesque strolls along the river, and walks into the hills are literally just up the road. A great base for the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales .

The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
