Located right next to Weston shore & only 10 minutes to the city centre with plenty of bars and restaurants & West Quay Shopping Centre.

Riverside Cottage-Walks-Hot Tub

Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

Getaway to the New Forest

If you are considering a visit to the New Forest, famous for its ponies, we are perfectly located for your stay. The seaside village of Hythe has a good selection of amenities and boasts a marina you can walk around. Visitors can freely see the activities on Southampton water from its promenade. Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

Spacious Annexe in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, close to transport links, parks, rivers, and local amenities. Garden, you can relax after a long day and FREE parking available. Fully equipped and ideal for overnight visits and longer stays. Pets are welcome. Note that this property has got the electric yale lock, which means we set the code to each guest for security reasons. We will send the door code to our guests on the day of their arrival after the previous guests have left.

Hay Loft - Barn

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with a rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Hay Loft is full - look up the Cow Shed.

Holiday Home, Hamble - Close to village centre.

Three bedroomed, two bathroom house sleeping up to 5 guests. A short walk from the picturesque square in the centre of Hamble Village, recently refurbished this house offers light and airey accomodation with a lovely west facing garden and free parking. This is in a quiet part of Hamble, ideal for a family holiday or as shore stay for sailors. It is close to great pubs/restaurants, well placed for the Hamble Marinas and 5 mins walk from two co-op stores.

Wight Cottage in central Cowes

Wight Cottage is in St Mary's Road, a quiet neighbourhood close to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Cowes High Street. You'll appreciate the careful refurbishment of this 175 year old shipwright's cottage. In the summer you can throw open the French windows to a sunny garden. In the winter the underfloor heating will keep you warm. Wight Cottage is just a few minutes walk from Cowes Yacht Haven and Shepards Marina. Perfect for a Cowes sailing event.
