Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. Bonus Experience of hand feeding alpacas! Located off a dirt road with a long driveway.

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.

Stop here. You've found the winter wonderland and summer dreamland. There's so much to offer every season including Zukey lake fun, a variety of games, a large bonfire pit, + seasonal heated igloo for a unique fall and winter experience. Enjoy our indoor bar with two TVs, a pool table, arcade games, and cornhole. New flooring placed Jan 2026 & new felt on pool table. Kayaks, paddleboards, water bike, and paddle boat available at no extra charge.

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included.. We have many wonderful restaurants nearby or use the grocery nearby and make meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
