Riverside Character- Classic Room, Queen Bed

A private, well appointed guest room in our character home with it's warm, inviting décor and restful ambiance. The use of rich and serene colours, antique and vintage furniture create an aesthetically pleasing environment, as well as the beautiful view of the river and wide vista of trees. We are centrally located for easy access to the river walkway, city life and events. Hideaway on Heaphy - Bed and Breakfast

Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Central Hamilton Oasis Rebekah Room

Our 1950s bungalow is ideally located close to the river with river walks and great cafes nearby. We are central, just 2.8kms to the city centre, 6.9kms to Hamilton Gardens and just 40 minutes to Raglan. The space available is separated from the main residence by a privacy door. It comprises two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet as well as a dedicated guest lounge with breakfast bar and tea & coffee making facilities, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi access.

PRIVATE VAULTED LOFT - Haier under-bench fridge, LG microwave, AEG single dishwasher, DeLonghi kettle & toaster, Nespresso’ machine, Coffe plunger, Teapot (complete range of crockery, cutlery, and small condiments ) - Cable TV, Zepplin music player and iPod, Wifi, Ethernet connection, Closet space and hangers, Iron/ironing board, & Hairdryer - all in immaculate condition. Can you please give us ‘24hours Notice before Check In’ (we like to set up the breakfast menu, and air the room).

You’ll be charmed by the Tui’s feeding and bathing. Family friendly there is a playground within walking distance. Make an enquiry about bedding arrangements for younger children. We are surrounded by walking tracks & bike trails, and a 10 minute ride to the Te Awa River Ride walk and cycleway. There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk - Orbiter, Chartwell and Rototuna lines. It is a quiet place to sleep, but 5 minutes drive to Chartwell shopping centre or Waikato Expressway

Character home on the riverside with a beautiful views of the river and trees. A very restful spot with all the convenience of the city, event and sport centres nearby. A great place to stay over on work trips. Quiet, restful and convenient.

Swilden Airbnb 2 Person Close to FMG Stadium & CBD

We're close to the CBD and Waikato Stadium. River walks, Supermarket, Restaurants and Pubs etc. A single bed can be added to the room for $50 per night (to cover additional Power, Hot Water, Linen, etc)

The loft is a large, light and sunny upstairs space and includes 3 single beds, a sitting area with a desk, , a small basin and toilet room.
