You'll never know you're in the city. The unit, separate from the main house, is self contained with a toilet and shower. Please note there are no cooking facilities however a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided. Conveniently situated within a 5 min drive or 30 min walk of the city centre with plenty of parking

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Private Self-Contained Unit Dog Friendly

This is a dog-friendly, self-contained 1-bedroom unit with an ensuite. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and your dogs. No other pets allowed. It has a separate private entrance and a private driveway (with a carport). Relax in the fully fenced sunny patio/grass area. It's a short walk to a local café, dairy, takeaways, dog park, and river walks and only 200 meters to a bus stop to take you into the CBD. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, and the unit has full laundry facilities.
