We have other listings in case this one is not available. BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen , private bathroom, living room, private bedroom & outdoor fire pit. This accommodation sleeps 4, w/ Direct TV, HBO & Wifi.

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. This delightful newly-built cabin with gorgeous beautiful mountain views offers privacy and sounds of the brook below. Camp TwoSome is cozy, sweet and lovely. Located on a quiet road surrounded by woods. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer a Japanese hot tub and cedar Sauna (available for private booking experiences), on-site walking trails and a new Bakery. Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing. Glamping tents and other cabins available. In summer we offer wood fired pizza.

This house is ideally located with hiking, fishing, whitewater rafting or skiing close by. In winter, snowmobile trail system can be accessed from the lake! Or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of nature from your Adirondack chair.

Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.
