The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully airconditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to the unit.

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need!
