The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

Welcome to North Shore Lookout! The Entire lower floor of a 6 story tall duplex up on a hill with an amazing view of DownTown. We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer. The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.
