Bdrm 2 has a king bed and a single bed. Living room has: TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, expresso coffee machine. Not a full kitchen but equipped with the basics. Large full size bathroom. Private patio area. Free wifi and off street parking. Children welcome. We have toys, books, porta cot, high chair.

You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Here at TE HUIS (at home) we provide our guests with a private self contained annex to our home with its own entrance and parking. Not suitable for children. This space is quiet and comfortable with a queen bed in a separate bedroom, living area with tv, sofa, table, kitchenette (portable hobs only) plus bathroom. A 15-20 minute walk to all that Cambridge has to offer, cafes, supermarkets, shops, walking and cycling tracks plus Lake Te Koo Utu. Pets strictly by prior arrangement only.

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
