Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk - Orbiter, Chartwell and Rototuna lines. It is a quiet place to sleep, but 5 minutes drive to Chartwell shopping centre or Waikato Expressway

A Brand new house on 5000sqr/mtr property, this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, we offer2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom for the Airbnb customers. my husband and I and ( 1cat 1 dog ) are living here,we live in master bedroom with ensuite. You have your own bathroom "not shared",and outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.we share the corridor.

Our home is down the end of a private lane and enjoys peaceful, quiet surroundings. Continental breakfast provided. The room is on a separate wing of our home, with it’s own entrance.
