Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

Explore the Chenango County Historical Society, Bullthistle Model Railroad & Museum as well as the Famous Northeast Classic Car Museum. All located on the same street as this unit, within a short 3-4 minute walk. We are Pet Friendly & are located a five minute walk just down the street, to Greenway Park- Dog Park!!!

Newly renovated family home located in the smallest (& quietest) town in upstate NY. 15 minutes from Colgate University and a short drive to Cooperstown, the Hall of Fame, Dreams Park and All-Star Village!
