Boasting 200' of private frontage, this cottage sleeps up to 5, with at home amenities, as well as outdoor activities including kayaks, paddle boat, fishing poles and yard games. Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
